Over Term Two, A guy came and taught us about Rockets. One of the topics to do with the rockets is safety. Safety was a big thing that we learned about because we had to be safe and then when we learnt about all the rockets stuff. We started to design and make the rockets. Some people put parachutes on them but my group tried to but it failed. Then when we made them, we launched them. These are some photos down below. Something that I learnt is that when we used big fins our rocket didn't fly high So we are going to try little fins for our next launch.

Practise animation
This is my practise animation. Today I learnt how to make animation. This was my practise animation. The theme is a bride walking down the path on the beach going to the groom after the wedding. One thing I know for next time is how to put it on to my blog.

No words, Just notes
I come home from work on the first day of June when I hear music coming from the streets in Paris. I walk to my window and look outside and there is the cutest boy standing outside playing the guitar. Happily, I sat there listening to his songs all afternoon. As he was playing, I noticed people walking up to him and putting money in his hat sitting on the ground, so I thought I would do the same. I walk down the stairs from my apartment and head over to him with 5 dollars in my hand. I pop the money in and walk back up to my apartment. When the sun went down and the moon came up he packed up his stuff and walked off.
The next day I come home from work and hear the same music playing again so I went to sit next to my window and watched and listened to him all afternoon again. As it started to get dark, the boy started to pack up but before he left he yelled out and said bye to me, so I said bye back.
A few weeks went by and he kept saying bye to me every night but on the 16th of June instead of saying by he said “hi my name is Jason what’s your name”. And I replied “hi my name is Kathrine”, then he walked off.
Every day from then on we had an awesome conversations about random things, until one day when I came home from work there no music and there was no Jason. That night I went to bed worried because Jason was not there.
The next day flew by and when I got home from work, Jason wasn’t there but what was there was a nurse standing outside my door. The first thing she said to me was “ Hi I am Jason’s nurse. Jason is in the hospital because he is very sick”. When I heard the word sick I was so devastated I almost fainted.
The next day was the weekend so I did not have to go to work. The whole weekend I had to think of a plan to help Jason, but first I needed a team. So I called all of my friends. The next day was Sunday we spent the whole day discussing ideas which could help Jason and at the end of the day we had a plan. The plan was that we will try to make as much money as we can, by fundraising and then donate the money to the hospital for the patients, including Jason.
2 weeks went by and we ended up making a lot of money for Jason and the hospital.
As the following weekend came by we went to the hospital and donated the money. While I was at the hospital I went to visit Jason. When I walked through the door Jason was laying in the bed with tubes all around him. I felt so sick seeing him laying there like that. He wasn’t awake so I didn’t really say anything.
A few days after I went to the hospital I had work again and when I come home from work I heard music. So I sprinted to the window and there was Jason playing the guitar. As it got late and he finished playing I invited him to dinner so we could talk.
When we were having dinner he said that a bunch of people donated a lot of money and that is how he got better because of all the medicine. He then said that he was so grateful for those people that did that. All I said was that it was me and my friends and his answer was a kiss.
